I knew this was probably going to happen...since I was MIA I hadn't been weighing myself regularly. I'm fine with this though.. I'm thinking some of it is water, but we will see in the next few days how fast it comes back off :)


249.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
