CRAZY I say but hay I'll take the lose <3 yepie <3

maybe the heat on my bus ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,giggling

or maybe me asking the Lord to help me stay at or under my RDI
I'll believe that and give him all the glory..

I started by doing low carb higher protein back in November

I was 244 November 2013 s

down to 218 so I cant complain 26 lbs lose



when I got out of the hospital in JUNE 6 th something went hay wire every eat my normal foods eggs cheese exc I would throw up

in exhaustion I eat a bowel of cereal ,,, and it began I was on a lot of pain meds too

I still eat different compared to before much more fresh foods salads almost every day and fresh fruits were before it was like 90 % all carbs and most were processed foods
so I will switch my protein way of losing to cals per-day

I experiences some times with the way that I am eating

like at 5:30 am a 1/2 portion of bowel of cereal listening to the needs of my body much more ,, is it just the time to eat or am I really hungry when I went through chemo I had to eat every two hrs my body demanded it ,, maybe a cup of something all 24 hrs .
214.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 69.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That loss is great!!! Glad you got most of the bad carbs out of your diet. Congrats on losing the 26 lbs. That is Fantastic!!!

C67241 thanks so much for your support <3 I'm very greatful <3 after I got out of the hospital I started eating more carbs then before hospital ,, is true and even though I do try not to let my bad carbs be like 90 % of my meals now , Like I was before even trying to lose ,,, is all true but like today 2 cookies & chips are in my menu <3 so I am eating bad carbs that are well lets say no good for my body <3 wish I could tell ya know way I wouldn't ,, but the truth is I do <3 just not nearly as bad as I did <3 I pray this makes senses to ya <3 have a blessed day <3

Just think, Dreamcatcher, some people pay big time to sit in a sauna, and you get paid to sit in one (your bus). And your sweating in that bus helps sweat out the toxins in your body and you have lost weight! Win, Win, Win!!!

I've been worrying about you with the heat and humidity here in Kansas City. Definitely a sauna!! My glasses steam up on a regular basis the lay few days... can't complain much though it has been a cool summer. No 108 degree days with 120+ heat index like last year.

please if ya know how to change the i'm on Atkins to counting calories please help me out ,,, there are some FS members who are offend that I eat carbs like a cookie and getting some on kind remarks so to maybe unset myself up for how can I be on Atkins and eat cookies .. I need to remind others I am doing my best and unkindness is not wanted ,, to inform me is one thing .. but to attack me is another ,,, I do pray yous have a great evening <3 sweet dreams <3

Dreamcatcher, go to my f's, click on my diet over on the right hand side,scoll down and it gas an option to change your diet. Sorry people are giving you problems. I hate it when people tell me what I can and cannot eat. Especially when my plan works for me, as it is for you.

Don't worry about others. Some might not mean any harm, just thinking they are helping. This is your journal, your life, and what you do for yourself. We should all be here to improve ourselves, whatever our goals. The reason we have buddies and open forum is to try to help ourselves and, hopefully, others. Not to bring someone down. By the way, I know being on that hot bus has to be terrible. I feel like I will pass out when I get over heated. I was just trying to make you smile about the sauna. :)

using a mobile device to type isn't so fun and easily mess up half of my adult life I have eating way better then not ,,, even had a vegetarian class in my home for about a year and use to be a runner and left ted weights more then one time for over a year ,, since I have dealt with many addictions ,, by the grace of God and leaning on his power the list is to long to share and could be offensive to some so I wont go there other to say Im not what I was and Im not what I want to be ,, and I am trusting God to make me an overcomer with food addiction been from one exstream to another ,, more then not Im pleased with were I'm heaed thanks for the info on changing from Atkins to calorie counting will try to do that now <3 thanks so so Much for compassion for me <3 sweet dreams <3 Love to yous <3
