Too much unhealthy eating. 😔 I've said no ice cream until I get back until a normal pattern, but I also need to stop the random munching.

keeping up that running though! 🏃‍♀️
137.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Matt! I think so, I had weighed 136 at the drs a few days ago with clothes on and after eating! 😆 I'm on track for our 1000 miles! Up to 538.6 😎 I've been having problems with my foot, but I started seeing a physical therapist today so it'll be worked out soon 🦶🦶 how are you doing?!

Hi Ashley, Slightly behind your numbers (btw you're doing impressive at halfway into the year) I'm really pressed with tight schedule for golf training & recurring backpain however I'm committed to catch up with 25+ miles/ week going forward. Wish me the best with the remaining 25 weeks ahead - WE GOT this !! 🤸‍♂️☺😎
