Up and down...cant figure out why...still way under my goal weight, but I don't want it to slowly creep back up. Tomorrow will once again begin the serious walking routine. For me that's 3.2 miles/hr. in the park with other serious walkers. Everyone has their reasons, but they say the #1 reason for their walking is to improve their health. Tomorrow I rejoin the ranks knowing the benefits at the end...been there done it, so I know for sure walking works in getting my weight down and giving better overall health. Stay true all, keep the faith...this is a battle that can be won!
132.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

I was not able to walk hard last week and my weight stayed, went out last night for a strong brisk walk and dropped two pounds this morning :-) I agree, walking has great benefits. Wishing you continued success :-)
