The struggle is real, but I've not been closely watching what I eat (aside from when I put it in my mouth.) I guess it could be worse. I ran 5.55mi this morning in an hour, which is pretty good for me. I plan on doing some weight lifting later. I'm happy so long as I can stay in shape and keep the gains to a minimum (unless it's muscle mass, then bring it on!)
185.7 lb Lost so far: 1.7 lb.    Still to go: 5.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
