Began riding my bike about 5 miles/day
195.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don't think I know how. I know the old saying "it's like riding a bike"... But it has been a very long time. Not having a bike isn't helping matters. 😆
