It's getting to the end of summer for Sioux Falls. I'm getting in the last few bike rides before the weather changes to being cold. Next week I'll have to ride after I drop my daughter off at school. I want to continue with the exercise regimen of my lifestyle change. I've gained muscle this summer. I'm proud of myself for all the work I've done.
168.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you Kiddo ! Same here on the cycling. I have been enjoying it. Do you ride alone or with a buddy ?
