Well, not too much damage done I suppose. Didn't gain anything, but didn't lose anything either. I don't feel like I overdid it on the taco bar at least.

Did my circuit training again this morning, only worked a bit harder. I definitely feel beat now. It's going to feel nice having a break this weekend. Just gotta remember to pick it back up on Monday.

I like to think that my pants feel a little looser, but it's probably just my imagination since I just started with the workout regimen and diet this week.
194.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
