Good Morning...still the same weight. I know this is what my body does but old fears pop up. Oh no this is as far as I can go. I am doing something wrong. Judy you should just give up. Now I try to turn off the old tapes from playing in my head but it is annoying. They say if you do something for 3 months it becomes a new habit. I think it takes longer than 3 months to break lifelong habits. So here I am. I know there is no turning back. I will look at the positive and concentrate on what has been acomplished not what is yet to come. I hope you all have a good and successful day. Talk to you later.

Yes ... it is difficult to turn off those old tapes!! They are certainly pesky!! You looked great today ... as you walked out the door to travel to work! I am so proud of how far you have come and have full confidence that you are on the right path and will continue to your goal!! Way to go!!

Great - you know how your body plays tricks with you. Since I'm new with FatSecret not sure if Medifast has been your only plan all along, so I'm not sure how to comment. What I'm trying (heard it works) is tricking the body by not eating the same thing every day. My old routine is - if it works, keep doing it, but that only goes so far and then I flatten out, get discouraged and start gaining. Also, sometimes it takes several days for your work to show up on the scales. Then it's an unexpected gift of weight loss. Sounds like you have a cheering squad too, that's great support. Way to go, madaboutmoose.

I am not a breakfast eater. Never have been so Medifast in the morning really works for me. I get my protein and I mix it into my coffee. It is like having hot chocolate every morning. I appreciate all the support and encouragement it really helps keep me on track.
