Home Scale: 186.6 YMCA Scale: 187

Time for a change up on eating so I got some bagle thins, fat free cream chesse, strawberries & peaches to add in w/my meals this week & also hope that it helps w/my sweet tooth craving while (aunt Flow) is in town I'll admit I have been eating browines & chocolate covered almonds only 1 a day tho.

Sat & Sun did cardio & weights

Haven't been working out be4 work I'm lazy on my period did workout after work yesterday did Body Combat at YMCA off Eastside hope to make it again today
186.6 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
