Day two of migraine! Thinking its lack of carbs! Other than that feel pretty good so far! Yesterday was tough (lol day 1) got my 20 carbs but only had 800 calories! Planned my day better today and if dinner goes as planned I will be 23.28 carbs 16.88 net carbs 1541 calories for a 60-34-6 split. Not bad for day 2 right?
209.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 10 May 2011:

I looked at your food jornal, yes you did get 20 carbs in but it should have been 12-15 foundation vegies you had 10.98 everthing else was egg and ranch dressing although it was light it has hidden carbs (sugars) I will tell you that you should add broth/bouillon at least twice a day. You have to use the full salt one too or else it will not help the Migraines. Oh Also increase your water! lots of water!!! You will find that if you do not up you foundation vegies you will start to lose but.....you will stall. belive me I know it happened to me. Your break down should look like this: 10-15 grams net carbs (5-10%) 65-75% fats 20-30% protein so look at your little pie chart at the bottom of your food log that will help you with your percentages. good luck you can do this! Sounds like you have a case of Atkins flu. Full sodium chicken broth should do the trick. If you havent' done so yet, please learn Atkins either through the book or website. Best of luck to you. You can do it.

Yep...lack of carbs and sugar and possible caffeine withdrawals! But, If u stick with it, in a day or so... BAM you'll start feeling great! Good Luck!!
