Must have been the three slices of avocado.. Sighh
185.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm sorry for your temporary glitch. Our weight fluctuates sometimes for various reasons. Do you really think it's the avocado? If so, maybe you'll have to decide you really don't like avocado that much! You're doing great with your exercise! Have a good night and keep up the good work tomorrow!

Thank you Lady. Not sure, but I think I need to get back to following the diet exactly, instead of experimenting. But I am looking for those shiratake noodles. I may find that my way to satisfy some of my hunger without causing a wieght gain. Problem is I live in a very small town, and walmarts dosnt have them, so will have to check Fort Smith. Or we are going to Topeka this weekend may find them there.
