Well, no change weight wise. I felt like crap all weekend due to my period and actually am weighing heavy, but that is expected. At the end of the week I will be back at the 184 mark and hopefully, this month I can get it to move down again.
I didn't exercise yesterday as I had a headache that wouldn't quit. Aspirin resistant. So I just relaxed and watched the Nascar Race. My driver won too!
This morning I got my daughter up like I would when she goes to school in 3 weeks. She got up, dressed herself, brushed her teeth and hair, and had breakfast with 15 minutes to spare. Not too bad for a 4 year old.
Well, I have a long to do list to accomplish today and quite a few fires to put out as I had a bad week last week. I have several things done already so maybe I will get a few extra things accomplished as well. I want to exercise this afternoon or evening and eat between 1200-1500 calories.
People keep asking me what I am going to do when my daughter goes to school. The same things I do now just without distraction. I wonder if I will get more productive. I am looking forward to dusting off a few hobbies I had to shelve like woodworking and helping my husband work on our classic cars. Things that are hard to do with a little one running around.
