Very pleased today! Hoping to lose another 5 lbs before I see my doc on 8/19. BS was 144. Reverted back to eating whole grain bread, yogurt, and light cheeses. Due to a sinus infection, have had to take 2-3 units of insulin with my metformin as well as some herbs with each meal.
248.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 98.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
