Mother's Day was terrific in all ways. Except food intake...PIGGED OUT!!!
253.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What???? You have really lost 149 lbs?? What is the Richard Simmons plan...I saw stuff on it years ago, but I have no memory what it was.
