Good Morning, I had a good day yesterday and had fun working on miniatures. One of these days I will post a picture of one of my displays. I am doing well except I keep getting obsessed with what size I wear and when I will go down a size. I do not want to be one a person that just wants to look like the young 20 year olds. I am 69 years old and who to I have to please? I must remember why I started on this journey. To feel better and enjoy the rest of my life. What size I wear is not important. It is how I feel about myself and what my body tells me. It is hard to hear the compliments and not get caught up in the way I look instead of how I feel. Does that make sense? I sometimes wonder if other people have to do a lot of self talk to keep on keel. Well enough of that. Have a great Sunday.

To be honest, I care about how I look and I am 66. Yes, I want to be back where I was, not where I am. There is nothing wrong with feeling a bit vain from time to time. That also keeps us on track with losing, not just health issues. You are doing great and it is okay to look in the mirror and like what you see. It is obvious from before and after photos. Everyone looks happier because what they see and how they feel pleases them.
