LOST 6lbs!! Okay, I know that the most weight is lost on the first week because of the water but its a real incentive to carry on what I've started.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Today is a fresh start for me, too. I'm just about to go for a run/jog. Really dragging my feet this morning, but I know I'll feel supercharged at the end. Nothing fires me up more than seeing what my body can do!
