Summer stress, BBQ's and bar hopping.... cant keep on track. My walking has slacked off as well. I was walking 5 days a week, 4-6 miles and loving every minute of it. Hot days have kept me hiding behind a fan or floating on an inner tube with a cold beer and the chips are not far away.
HELP!
165.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

it will NEVER be any easier than it is right now. I let all kinds of things keep me from tackling the 15# and now I need to lose 50. How much do you want to do this?
