Summer stress, BBQ's and bar hopping.... cant keep on track. My walking has slacked off as well. I was walking 5 days a week, 4-6 miles and loving every minute of it. Hot days have kept me hiding behind a fan or floating on an inner tube with a cold beer and the chips are not far away. HELP!
