Don't you just love going to the doctors and they weigh you? Of course you have drank a gallon of water and eaten so you weigh far more that you did that morning. Oh well I am going with my weigh in at home. Have to schedule a colonoscopy . Oh joy. That should be fun. I am doing my little dance on the weight now but I have come to an agreement with FRANK the scale. I go up and down all week long but always so far at the end of the week show a loss. So I will put on my happy face and go on with life.

It has been really busy at work so the day flies by. This is good because the weekend comes sooner. Hope all of you are having a successful week.
194.6 lb Lost so far: 58.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I love your decision to stay POSITIVE!!! Fantastic!! I think I just won't go to the doctor's then I won't have to compare Frank to others ... he is ultra-sensitive you know. He can't deal with someone challenging his authority!! LOL!!!

I HATE getting weighed at the doctor, theirs always weighs heavier. Colonoscopies are a walk in the park, it is the prep that is a b----! lol Good for you understanding that scale is going to fluctuate regardless what you want. You are doing great. :-)
