12 pound weigh gain in 3 months. Definitely going the wrong way. Too many business dinners (and drinks). Back on the program today. Need to lose 24 lbs in 2 months. Presenting at a nutrition conference and my current weight is not going to cut it.
234.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I am in the same boat, Karl. Just gained 12 pounds over the last several months as I ignored food intake and exercise while packing, moving, settling in and then vacationing. Got back on track this week and so far I'm feeling great. Good for you for recognizing it now and taking action to improve. Good luck to you!
