True.. R u just limiting calories? Well i am! Not sure what else I can do.. We'll see where it takes me! I mustn't give up dis time tho it ws xmas & 6 mths in lebanon & sharwarmas dat killed me!! Cnt wait to get bck to at least 60kg b4 i go bck to being a workout freak again! lol

Thanks Fatita. I'm actually down more then that but I only weight myself once a month. The biggest thing to remember is your why. I noticed you made a comment calories. Yes cutting calories is good only if you are excessively over eating. If not remember your body need proper food to fuel it for exercising. The more your exercise the more you need. I know that sounds weird but if you reduce calories and exercise your body will eventually store the fat to be used later. I learned this the hard way.
