Week 6 day 3 - arms workout. This week i am adding some resistance machines for half an hour + 1 happy song to jump to before i start my workout. I was feeling like the workout was becoming too repetitive after 6 weeks. Mind you, i got that aha! moment when i got one exercise on the 2nd and 3rd set just right and it proved that i was getting stronger :)! There was no weight change from yesterday even though i consumed 1500 cals which is way over what i was going through lately. Sticking to tomatoes seasoned with my very own herb and spice mix - I love fresh local produce and tomatoes are at their best here right now - i just cut up 3 tomatoes in eights, sprinkle my herb and spice mix (ok don't laugh but it's oregano, basil, tumeric ,cumin, allspice, cayenne pepper, white pepper, sea salt and shake it all together in a handy spice dispenser). Tastes delicious and does not make me crave bruschetta at all!
124.6 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That sounds delicious. Way better than my habit of slicing the tomatoes and just sprinkling salt on them.
