Week 6 Day 1 - legs workout. Well I am half way through my personal challenge. Just realised if i am not going to lose at least 1 kilo every week for the next 6 weeks i am going to be where i am now. Had a good workout this morning and will have crossfit class tonight. Will have vegs and chicken for lunch and vgs and grapefruit for dinner. I must do this, i must!
