I have been doing portion control and drinking about 60oz of water daily. I am pleased with what I have done so far. I am going to add more exercise. Visited my sister this last weekend. Did my portion control and she and my husband were very supportive. Thank God for that. It is easier this time to lose the weight now that I have hubbies support. We do still both have a lot to learn. So glad I found this site.
