Had a very good weekend, with the Final matches of World Cup establishing Germany as World Cup champions. Pity Brasil did not clinch 3rd place! Went to the beach yesterday but there we had jellyfish in the bay and didn't fancy being bitten so it was just dipping in water and quickly up again, no real swimming session...still it was lovely and pleasant...took lots of fruits with me, grapefruit and melon and peaches...stayed from everything sinful until the match started, oh well! I should start recording the average weight for Monday morning! but i am seeing an improvement as to how much i go up, 1kg from Friday morning to Monday morning is not bad considering i have an anniversary dinner, National cinema day watching 2 movies in succession and beach and Final World Cup match yesterday. I think I am getting confident and trusting myself more with socialising and how i behave with food options offered.It always helps to carry your own snacks, that's for sure. The anniversary dinner was sublime and I skipped starters, chose a Kangaroo fillet and 1 glass of red wine, and 2 tbsp from my husband's desert. it worked and had a great time...still opting to burn it off by dancing the night away non-stop till the early hours of the morning. Needless to say, Saturday was a rest day :)!
127.6 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
