Two more pounds until I reach my before vacation weight...again. Grrrr.....Although I'm continuing with the healthy eating and exercise, I really just want to eat my frustrations away. I'm working on realizing I'm not really hungry and it's my emotional hunger that needs to be satisfied.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
