I liked the fast metabolism diet, but I got sick of eating the same foods, so I stopped after a month. I lost about 14 pounds in a month on that. I gained some weight back after not watching my diet closely (I still wasn't eating that poorly.) Then I decided to try juicing, which I am doing now, and I love it! I tried fasting on only juice and I lost 10 pounds in a week. Of course I gained a couple back after adding food, but now I'm on my way back down again.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 0.4 lb a week

I have been juicing on and off for two years now. I desperately want to do what I did the past two summers; juice all day and one raw meal a day (veggies, no fruit). I am really impressed with you. I know how hard that is. It worked well to keep my blood sugar under control, but I honestly couldn't maintain that the rest of the year (I'm a teacher). Keep up the good work, and if you have some insight to share, please do! I just haven't been able to "tap" the "juicing" again. Sigh*
