Since my goal wt. was 145 and Im at 131.5 the panic has not set in. I just need to be aware and stick with the foods that made me thin. I have also been having horrible stomach acid attacks again...food high in carbs are not my friends.
131.5 lb Lost so far: 40.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

no they are not and I also noticed trying to bring them back into my diet too quickly also hurt. which is good.. it will help you to stay away from them :)
