I don't think I actually gained 1.8 pounds. I am slowly trying to add mass, so any increase is fine. However, I ate higher carb yesterday and I bet lot of the gain is just water retention seeing as I weighed 170.8 yesterday.

Body fat has not changed which I am ok with. I will continue through next week with the 2650 calories. I haven't been quite as active this week because first my back and now my neck. Dang it sucks being old(er)! I think I just need to slow down a little with my lifting progression.

I'm off to play golf with parents today then later its grilled ribeyes and veggies for supper. Happy 4th of July everyone!

Steaks were awesome but the brussel sprouts on the grill stole the show!

Yeah, I'm at a high weight right now and I was bed-ridden for a long while. I started losing, but got to a point where I could jog again, and the strain was so great I think I gained significant muscle weight where it made it seem like I gained 5 pounds at one point, I believe it was muscle. I appear to be back to a steady loss now than the activity has normalized.
