Ate BBQ Chicken and baked beans yesterday...soooooo good and no wt. gain. Before, that meal would have included a baked potato, garlic bread and cole slaw...Life is good.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week

yum... one of my favorite cheat foods is actually hot dogs cooked in the baked beans... but BBQ chicken is fabulous and tis the season :) .. yes life is good

Good Morning this the first time I gain weight because stress.. my son at 17 years had a pace maker and fimilator, he has muscular drystropy but all is well now.. thanks to the wonderfiul doctors and prayers.. I been drinkin smothies strewberris and kind of berries chia spinich nopal and alo Vera all fresh.. I feel Great lots of energy Calcium and the fiber is Great and I am loosing weight... So much Energy I eat less and alot healthier.. After I put the pulp in the blender I put left over all over my face neck and hands it has taken lots of dark spots--and my skin feels firmer and healthy.. you can buy FRESH Aloe Vera in Spanish or Chiness stores...You must take needles from Nopal is great for people that have diabates I don't... make sure you are not allergic to Cactus... You can put flex seeds or Kale .. I burn my hand couple months ago and I put fresh cool ALo Vera in my heand it heal complety Have a great day.. Vero
