I'm really doing more like low carb high fat diet. I'm going to shoot for an average of 70% fat, 25% protein, and 5% carbs. I have eaten 670 calories today, it's about 3, and I don't feel hungry at all. I do feel thirsty though. I signed up for the walk 30 minutes a day challenge but I'm going to do walk or bike ride.
