I have had good day !!
feel more tired then not .....whyyy I don't know ,,
anyhoo ,, went to physical therapy they seem to think I'm doing OK !
there is one move ,,,, in bending my knee almost like a squat were they Measure then bend in my knee , my rang of motion ,I'm behind in that
but all others I seem to be doing OK ...
got on the scale tonight.... it was a challenge
as I'm using a walker and my balances isn't the greatest
(( I knew I was losing by how I feel ))) any ways don't feel like doing a happy dance yet it said I was 216 haven't been that for years ,, wondering water lose ??
I totally haven't been doing low carbs but my apatite since my surgery is much lower ,,
MY RDI has been way lower so go figure ,, right now Em focusing on walking again and controlling the pain ,, not losing <3 its in your hands Lord Love ya Much <3 Love ya Dolores Lynn <3 Praying for my FS Family Praying your well & have a great Eve <3
216.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds like you are putting the effort into getting better. That is great and it is also great you are seeing progress on the scales. Your post reminded me to work on squats. I have been working to get my arms and back to look better. Sounds vain but my grandson (he was 4 or 5)remarked a few months back that I could lift a couch with the "muscles" on my arms! I paid attention to them then lol! Hadn't noticed them before, I was always concentrating on my stomach!

The fact that your PT is happy says a lot! Congrats on all your improvements. I'm guessing a part of the loss IS water since you were probably holding some post-surgery. Another part though is real WEIGHT! Plus that, the PT exercises you're doing will be burning calories as well. Keep making those great baby steps forward. Won't be long before you really ARE happy dancing ;-)
