so excited walked all by myself today went to the mail box and to a friends house ,,, who has checked on my daily since surgery ,, wanted to surprise her I sure did <3
was talking to my daughter tonight her & I talk a lot about the lower carb way of life ,, I mention to her that I recently lost 3 lbs and I stopped drinking Chrystal light since the surgery and just been drinking water ,,, she has bought strips that ya test by your urine and it shows how much sugar is in it ,, she said she notices a spick in her blood sugar after drinking it ,, and its sugar free so seems like doesn't matter if its a sugar replacement it show as sugar in your blood wowow some thing to think about <3 Love ya Lord thanks for all your help feeling stronger so grateful <3 Love ya Very Much Dolores Lynn <3 Praying that My FS Family are doing well <3 sweet Dreams <3
