Edging closer to my 10 stone barrier...weighed in at 10 stone 2 lbs today! :) Maybe next week I finally manage to get under 10 stone.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
