Hey Kathy! Its been a good thing for me to lower my fat intake just a little. Mainly I don't add oil or butter. But occasionally I add HWC to bring the fat up a little. Trying to reach 65%-70%. My intake was much higher and I was just maintaining my weight. Looking forward to seeing 213!
