Week 2 - Day 4, today's workout targeted back and stronger shoulders.Missed my treadmill walk this morn, will see if i can fit a fast walk tonight. Today World cup game Italy - Costa Rica so missing gym tonight, hope no nibbles come out for the game! made some delicious coleslaw using yogurt dressing as today is veggie day with some rice for lunch...loving my progress, feeling a lighter step and improved body frame...more smiles in the mirror looking back at me too :)have a good weekend ppl!
126.5 lb Lost so far: 9.7 lb.    Still to go: 0.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Enjoy the game. For me it's the Nascar race on Sunday. Since it has been nice I have been watching it outside and that has kept me from snacking too much the last few races.
