Had a protein shake when I went to bed so I'm sure I weighed more in the morning for that reason. I'm removing the amount of milk I drink for lower carbs. This week at the gym, I'm doing more high rep - lower weights for sarcosplasmic hypertrophy.
211.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
