I'm back from vacation to discover I'm at my highest weight ever! ...except when carrying a baby 28 yrs. ago... (Hmmm interesting astrological data point there) Anyway, the cool thing about weighing even more than you thought is the jolt of reality that happens. I was going along at 184 for a year or two now but somehow that extra 6 pound is freaking me out. I give... It's time. I need to get tough love on myself.
Thank you my buddies for being there.
191.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

2123 kcal Fat: 101.58g | Prot: 70.17g | Carb: 186.99g.   Breakfast: Raspberries, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Mom's Best Naturals Sweetened Wheat-Fuls. Lunch: Butter (Salted), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Egg. Dinner: Meadow Gold Green Chili Sour Cream Dip, Avocados, Cabot Extra Sharp White Cheddar Cheese, Corn Tortilla, Refried Beans (Canned). Snacks/Other: Petite Sirah Wine, Blue Bunny Original Bunny Tracks Ice Cream, Peanut Butter, Granny Smith Apples. more...

Sometimes we need an extra jolt for motivation and to get us going. You can take the extra pounds right off in time...best wishes to you in getting there, one day at a time. :)

Hey Kim! This little note popped up in my email. Glad you are back on here. Want to do it together? I have maintained at pretty much 185 for a long time now but it would be nice to do this together!

It's weird, because I have been eating vegan all during the month of June and you would think I would have lost something, but no... still the same!

Just saw these. But weigh yourself anyway just to start fresh. Super happy to have a close buddy like my sis! I feel so loved.

I did get in. FatSecret doesn't like Safari for some reason. So I'm in and recorded my weight and my food for this morning. I am starting today.

188 if it doesn't show that to you - on the higher end. So far as I know, I have not gone over 190 yet, but I generally hover in the 185-190 range for the last few years. Feels like it will never come off. I think that watching what I eat and reporting it to you will help. Thanks, Kim! :)
