Week 2 - Day 3 Arms workout.No change in weigh-in. worked out to BLT class + a 30 min treadmill workout with a 3.5 incline and 5.7 setting. Had two sips of Moscato from Noto wine yesterday eve which was unplanned. Managed to throw in a 15 min treadmill this morning at 3.5 incline and 6.0 setting and tonight will join a Pilates class for 45 mins and a 30 mins treadmill. I am loving the stretching at the end, I feel my muscles deserve it - this is also an adjustment i have made to my workouts cos i was skipping the stretching at the end - makes a whole difference to the next workout.
127.0 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 1.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
