I had a look at your chart and journal. Now I understand that you're doing every other day fasting. It seems to be working very well for you. Kudos to you for figuring it out and sticking with it! Keep it up; you're on a roll!

I did a liquid only fast for one day (since I am against fasting for myself) and it actually went pretty well - I might try that again - since I am knuckling down on my old "Stinky" - this month of March. I would not mind a 2.8 pound drop at all - I would have a small party. WTG

I find when I don't eat I'm not really hungry but once I start eating I don't want to stop so fasting works really well for me.
