You are still experiencing some great losses. Do you track EVERYTHIGN you eat?

Torzie206 -I try to.even though I am still eating bad stuff sometimes, many more of my days I have been eating foods that help the metabolism - like high fiber foods. I am an overnight manager so it is difficult to have a normal diet. I don't want to eat a full meal while at work (because I come home to sleep) so I snack on celery, apple's, v8 juice things like that. That has been helping. Mostly I have reduced the amount of calories that I WAS eating. I love food but have to learn that I can't have it all at once! I know that I will hit a plateau here within the next ten pounds which happened last time I did this. Then I will have to figure out what to change. But thank you for commenting. I appreciate the support. How are you coming along?
