Orange is the New Black. Let's just say I spent more time than I should have binge watching this week. On a good note I finished Season 2 and I did go through a 2 hour workout with mid-high intensity and I have not regressed any as far as my strength and endurance. If only I could find a way to increase my sleep. Personal life is doing better, both kids finished the year on the honor roll but I am completely done with work. Need to move on sooner rather than later. The stress is not worth it and there has got to be better ways to make a living.
