Friday morning, June 13..Day 11
I can't believe it..I ate more cals, fats,and protein yesterday and lost 1.5 pounds.I was thinking of lowering fats and cals today but maybe not. 9.5 pounds in 10 days.Think I'll keep on doing what I'm doing.Time for my BPC..Then plan my meals for the day.
