Jenfar's Journal, 13 June 2014

It's Friday 13th, had a good gym session and did a lot of self talk. I'm on day 4 of week 1 sessions of the workout and worked on shoulders and back to get them strong, next week i will start with back then shoulders to alternate. I have kept up the water drinking of 6 glasses in the office and at least 1 glass in the morning and 1 glass in the eve (it's more like 1 bottle each when i go to gym, but this is bonus and i do not make allowance for it). I am seeing some definition in the shoulders but this is week 1 and i have to go up to week 6 to see definitive results. So i am logging in my journal to getting there. I should practice the whole workouts for 12 weeks to be sculpted...but lol! i have never kept count how many weeks i do of this program before interruption so i never see the results! I am going to be professional about it this time, as if i am engaging a coach and log it!I will no longer workout to an event timeline cos i get to that event and them i am at a loss! I will work towards my target week by week. Have a good weekend ppl, good game last night Brazil- Croatia! Hope you're following World Cup!
