Two days ago I was on a high, I was down to 216 which was lower than I had been in 12 weeks, but I let myself get cocky and let myself think I can do this, I can eat anything as long as I chart it and watch my portions. I told myself I was in control, well today reality hit when I was up 2 pounds which reminded me Im not in control I need to watch myself, I cant get and eat junk like pizza and expect not to see it show up on the scale. I need to keep the inner eat to make myself feel better person in check. I need to eat to live not live to eat.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
