Felt good today. A few pounds down, after a disappointing weigh-in a few weeks ago. My coach has taught me an awesome, fat burning exercise routine. I am working at a schedule of morning workout and an nice summer evening walk after dinner.
Also, starting the Ian Smith Smash Diet with my coach today. The next nine days are detox. Lord help me, no coffee for nine days.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
