My weight has gone down a bit today but my body fat% is reading 33% and water is at 46%. Today i have marked 8 lines representing the glasses of water i should drink so I can mark how much water I actually am drinking, cos i really need to flush that body fat out and replace it with water!
129.6 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
