Was reluctant to go to gym this morning but i talked myself into going, better working out than trying to think what my workout will be! so I put on my workout video on bb and was glad i fitted it in! I feel so positive this morning :) Although i am not being successful at bringing my weight down permanently, i have assessed what I've been eating lately which is mostly vegetables, fruit and some protein but I think it could be the wine and drinks on the weekend (or if I'm in a foul mood at the end of the day!) which is sabotaging my results....oh dear, I'm so not ready to give this up but i have realised that when i went down 2 kilos i was not drinking wine or alcohol. so there it goes! there is always a reason for the weight not going down! I thought by working out,i would be able to burn it off but there are so many hours in a day and there are days when it's just an off day, so on that off day, where i am more susceptible to enjoying a glass of wine, i will try to stick to lemon and water :) Well with summer here, should not be an issue!
130.7 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What workout video do you use on BB?

I use Flavia Del Monte's Flaviliscious Fitness for Females workout dvds which were downloadable when I bought the program. There is a workout for 5 days in the week and can be done with a gym setting or in a home setting but since i don't have much equipment at home i go to gym to do it and all the equipment she describes and uses are there!

Well thank you Bill! it's frustrating though getting the right numbers! I look in the mirror and I like what I see but i know it can be better :)
