Due to my bad weekend choices, I appeared to have gained weight but after drinking plenty of water my weight shows back to what it was on friday at 191.5. Back on track.
191.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 41.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
