Chalp's Journal, 26 June 2009

Even though my weight is up, my body fat is at 20% and I gained FOUR lbs of muscle this week. WOW. In the past month overall I have lost about 5 pounds of fat and my lean mass is up about 2 pounds.

As I posted before, this experiment ends tomorrow and my next two month experiment begins on Monday. It will end when I go to Disney in better shape and with better posture.

I don't know what I will be doing, but I will do something.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
